The location is fantastic, close to attractions and restaurants. The pool area was enjoyable, especially during happy hour. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was unreliable and noisy, making it uncomfortable at times.

The location is great, close to many restaurants and attractions. The room felt outdated and had a musty odor. The happy hour at the pool bar is a nice touch. I had issues with the air conditioning not working well.

The location is top-notch, making it easy to explore the area. The common areas are clean and well taken care of, and the pool is a nice spot to unwind after a long day.
The air conditioning was a drama I didn't sign up for.

My room was filthy, with tiny roaches and musty odors. It felt like no one cared—when I complained, the manager just screamed at me. Never again!

The location is convenient, close to numerous restaurants and entertainment options. The poolside bar is a highlight, and the outdoor areas are pleasant for walking. the room initially provided was far from acceptable; it had a musty smell, moldy pillows, and a clogged tub. The AC struggled to cool the space, leading to an uncomfortable night. The sliding glass door was non-functional, and the fridge was broken. Staff responsiveness varied. While some were helpful, others caused delays. Cleanliness issues persisted in both rooms, and parking was limited, causing added frustration.

Friendly staff made a big impression, especially the waitress who treated us like family and the helpful Mr Abdalás with his assistant. the room had issues—the AC barely worked, and the carpet was dirty. Checking in was a hassle, with delays despite being told the room was ready. The parking situation was frustrating, compounded by noisy neighbors. While the views from the balcony were pleasant and the drinks stout, the uncleanliness and maintenance problems overshadowed the positives. It felt like the property was struggling to keep up, yet the warmth of the staff shone through.

Comfortable beds and nice staff. Wi-Fi in rooms was spotty and loud at night.

The spa and wellness center was pure bliss, perfect for winding down! The outdoor swimming pool had such a lively vibe, ideal for a sunny day. And can we talk about the jacuzzi? It was the ultimate cherry on top of a fantastic day!
Strongly recommend! 💖✨

It was a prime choice for a concise stay in Orlando with good price-value balance. Surrounded by restaurants within walking distance.

Great location. Surrounded by restaurants, with attractions like Icon Park within walking distance. The common areas are clean and well-maintained. My room was tidy, and the beds comfortable. Conference facilities were ideal. It was an added bonus that the internal walkways were inviting. I encountered mixed service. The morning bellman’s request for a tip upfront felt unprofessional, while the afternoon staff was exemplary. The room had several issues. An open gap at the door allowed bugs. The bed was hard, and the bathroom cleanliness was lacking. The facilities do not match the resort standard expected. A few improvements could make this place shine. It definitely has potential.

The Wyndham Orlando Resort features stunning landscapes with serene ponds and charming bridges, creating a peaceful atmosphere. It's an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature, although the overall maintenance could use some improvement. This hidden gem offers a pleasant escape amidst the hustle and bustle of Orlando.

The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well to keep us comfortable throughout our stay, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, we did encounter some issues with the tea and coffee facilities - they seemed a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. The sitting area in the room was a nice spot to relax after a long day, but we were disappointed to find that the terrace was not accessible as advertised. It would have been lovely to enjoy a cup of coffee outside. we couldn't locate a trouser press, which would have been useful for keeping our outfits wrinkle-free. The patio offered beautiful garden views, but the lack of proper garden furniture made it less inviting to spend time outside. The sink area was clean and stocked with free toiletries, a nice touch. We appreciated the convenience of the AM/FM alarm clock and flat-screen TV, although the carpeted floor looked a bit worn and could have used a refresh. The option for parquet flooring would have been a more modern and cleaner choice. While the hotel offered services like dry cleaning and housekeeping, we found the laundry facilities to be lacking. It would have been helpful to have easy access to laundry during our stay. Despite the minor inconveniences, the welcome drink provided a nice touch upon arrival. We were interested in exploring the area and were glad to see tours/ticket assistance available, though we missed out on the happy hour due to limited availability.

During my stay, I found everything I needed right at my fingertips, with the water park just a short walk away and countless dining options almost around the corner, including places like a popular steakhouse and a lively winery; it was so easy to stroll to The Wheel at ICON Park and enjoy all the entertainment nearby like museums and fun parks, making it a great base for a weekend adventure. The hotel had friendly staff and clean rooms, but the building could use some updates.

The kids had a blast at the theme park and the staff were friendly plus the pool was nice and clean which kept everyone happy with tons of great spots to relax. The suite was spacious with comfy beds and a huge TV which made our downtime enjoyable.
It wasn’t cheap but close enough to activities to make it reasonable.

Breakfast and lunch were tasty and reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and friendly. The king suite with a double balcony was amazing, offering comfortable bedding and a nice-sized TV. The AC unit kept the room cool, and the modern design had a stylish touch.
Housekeeping was lacking, with a dirty room and unclean amenities. The shuttle service we expected was not available, leading to additional expenses.

The fitness center had me feeling like a gladiator. The barista saved my caffeine levels. The resort is pet-friendly, so Fido enjoyed the stay too!
I loved the retro vibe of my room but found the cleanliness as a fascinating bonus feature.

The gardens were beautiful and relaxing. The pool was lovely, and the lobby was gorgeous. The rooms had all the necessary amenities, including a normal-sized hair dryer, a safe, iron boards, and hangers. The resort was easy to navigate, and the staff was helpful and sweet.
Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

Our family had an incredible time exploring the thrilling adventures at Universal's Islands of Adventure. From meeting superheroes to immersing ourselves in mythical realms, it truly felt like a once, in, a, lifetime experience in Orlando.
My wife says that having more family, friendly dining options would enhance the experience for kids.

We were disappointed to find a cockroach crawling in our bed, and the hotel had no immediate solution for the problem. However, the pool area was lovely and the buffet breakfast was very nice. I’ll recommend this hotel.

we stayed at wyndham for one night on our way to miami. the room was clean and grounds were nice. the place is very nice close to universal attractions, shopping centers and others. it is a quiet place without dangers. kind treatment on the part of the staff and they attend you promptly when you call to ask for a service. i would ask that alternatives be given in the case of breakfast.
Nothing, no complaints at all. 😊

Had a blast at the pool, chilling under the sun. Our room was clean and comfy, making us feel right at home. The helpful staff directed us to nearby attractions.
The room had a few cleanliness issues, the floor and bathroom needed some attention. Communication with some staff was challenging at times.

I chose Wyndham for its proximity to Universal Orlando Resort, and the experienced Vacation Planners there exceeded my expectations. The nearby Universal CityWalk offered fantastic dining and entertainment options, making our evenings truly enjoyable.
Late-night noise from partygoers.
